Playing alongside Jonathan Sheehy for just the third time this spring, Moceanu helped the Wildcats to a doubles victory at the No. 3 position. Southland weekly award winners are nominated and voted upon by each school’s sports information director. Voting for one’s own athlete is not permitted. To earn honorable mention, a student-athlete must appear on at least 25 percent of ballots. Bellow’s 4-0 week on the courts helped the Wildcats stay perfect in conference play as they topped Nicholls 6-1 and New Orleans 5-2.
